This customised programme is designed specifically for multinational teams and organisations operating in culturally diverse environments. It combines hands-on practical sessions with advanced analytical tools to equip participants with actionable skills and insights that enhance cross-cultural collaboration, team alignment, and effective communication.

Each engagement begins with a thorough needs assessment, conducted in consultation with key organisational stakeholders. This ensures the programme is strategically aligned with the team’s objectives and focuses on the most relevant cultural dynamics and collaboration challenges.

• Introduction to the science of emotions

• Exploration of EIA’s scientifically validated e-Factor® Leadership as an advanced emotional intelligence (EQ) assessment tool, purpose-built for leaders and managers. It offers a scientifically grounded framework for evaluating and enhancing leadership effectiveness through emotional awareness, behavioural insight, and interpersonal agility with interactive exercises

Throughout this dynamic programme, we will explore:

• Emotional Intelligence
  Develop a deeper understanding of human emotions by learning to accurately interpret non-verbal cues, emotional signals—essential skills for effective interpersonal communication.

• Introduction to the Six Channel Analysis System (SCAnS®)
  Gain hands-on experience with EIA’s scientifically validated SCAnS® methodology—a cutting-edge behavioural analysis framework designed to decode complex emotional and behavioural patterns with precision.

• Gain practical intercultural skills through a structured programme that blends hands-on sessions with analytical tools,specifically designed for multinational teams aiming to strengthen collaboration, team alignment, and cross-cultural communication in diverse work environments.

•  Deep cultural insights: Using established research on National Culture, we will visually map how selected cultures differ at their core values and assumptions, revealing what truly drives behaviour beneath the surface.

• Cross-cultural collaboration: We will identify potential friction points in intercultural interactions, empowering participants to anticipate and navigate challenges with confidence.
