Corporate Pollicy concerning business and human rights

Seichin Consulting (the "Company") is committed to upholding the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. This policy outlines the Company's approach to implementing these principles throughout its operations and sphere of influence.

Human Rights
Principle 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights.
Principle 2: Businesses should make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.

The Company respects and supports the protection of human rights as outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We will not tolerate any human rights violations within our operations or by our business partners. We will conduct human rights due diligence to identify, prevent, and mitigate any potential human rights risks.

Labor
Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining.
Principle 4: Businesses should uphold the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labor.
Principle 5: Businesses should uphold the effective abolition of child labor.
Principle 6: Businesses should uphold the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.

The Company upholds the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining. We prohibit the use of forced, compulsory, or child labor in any form. We maintain a work environment free of discrimination based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, or marital status.

Environment
Principle 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges.
Principle 8: Businesses should undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility.
Principle 9: Businesses should encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.

The Company takes a precautionary approach to environmental management and is committed to minimizing our environmental impact. . We will also engage our employees, customers, and business partners to foster greater environmental responsibility.

Anti-Corruption
Principle 10: Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

The Company has zero tolerance for all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery. We will implement robust anti-corruption policies and procedures, provide training to employees, and encourage our business partners to uphold the same standards.

Commitment
This policy applies to all employees of Seichin Consulting, as well as ourĀ  business partners. We will integrate the principles of the UN Global Compact into our strategy, culture, and day-to-day operations.
